Authoritative Challenges Associated with Innovation Planning and Implementation in Re-Plan Projects in Atomic Space

Archana Hedge

Abstract

Creating human-machine systems, particularly in high-risk environments, requires careful attention to safety. This study aimed to examine the organizational challenges encountered during modification projects in the nuclear sector. The findings, derived from interviews, revealed that stakeholders primarily focused on either technology-driven or human factors-driven approaches to design. The study concluded that all project participants must have a solid understanding of human factors, which should be incorporated into both the planning and iterative design processes. Furthermore, the involvement of operators is crucial in ensuring safety and effectiveness. Addressing organizational challenges could enhance the resilience of the nuclear sector.
