Micro Record Regarding the Use of Partograph in the Labor Room and its Knowledge to the Nursing Officers Working in the Labor Room

Noorjahan Ismail Patel, Dr. Abdul Latif

Abstract

A partograph is a printed graph that represents the different stages of labor. As soon as the woman comes into the position of delivery, the trained staff mark the contractions of the baby and the uterus on the graph to see whether the progress of the woman's delivery is normal or not. Its central feature is a graph used to record the progress of cervical dilation, as determined by vaginal examination.
