Bronchodilation in Humans: Understanding Mechanisms and Treatment Strategies

Abstract


        Calcium  channel blockers  ( CCBs ) are a class of medications primarily  used to treat high blood pressure ( hyper tension ) and certain heart rhythm disorders.  Clinical applications  include hyper tension, angina, Arrhythmia and raynauds disease. Types of Calcium blockers include  dehydrogenase pyridine and non_ dehydrogenase pyridine. Finally  it is concluded  that Calcium channel  blockers represent  important  class of medications  with widespread clinical use regarding  the management  of hyper tension, angina and certain Arrhythmia.
