Mechanism for Transporting 200 Kg of Up and Down Stairs, Including Design and Manufacture

SAGAR K. G.

Abstract

The manual transportation of heavy loads up and down stairs is a challenging task that can lead to injuries and fatigue. To address this challenge, a mechanism for manually transporting 200 kg of stairs was designed and manufactured. The mechanism consists of a stair climber with a platform that can accommodate loads of up to 200 kg. The stair climber is powered by the user and has a set of tracks that allows it to climb stairs safely and efficiently. The platform of the stair climber was equipped with a safety harness to secure the load in place. The mechanism also has a lever that allows the user to control the speed and direction of a stair climber. The mechanism was tested using a load of 200 kg, and it was found to be able to climb stairs safely and efficiently. The mechanism was also found to be relatively easy to operate even for users with limited strength or mobility. The mechanism for manually transporting 200 kg of stairs can help improve the safety and efficiency of the transportation of heavy loads. This can also help reduce the risk of injury to workers. The mechanism has the potential to be used in a variety of settings such as homes, businesses, and warehouses. They can also be used to transport a variety of loads, such as furniture, appliances, and building materials.
