Design and Analysis of an Automatic Multiple Cutting Hacksaw Machine

Abstract


A hacksaw is a fine-toothed saw, generally used in justification for cutting metal. Additionally, a hacksaw can be used to cut various materials, including plastic (PVC pipes and pipe installations) and wooden materials. Hand saw forms and fuel-powered variants (control hacksaws) are the two main types. For all intents and purposes all of the hacksaws are hand saws with a C-framed edge that holds an edge under strain with the support screw. Such hacksaws have a handle, regularly made of a wooden handle, with pins for attaching a limited extra hacksaw sharp edge. The extreme front line of a saw is either a serrated sharp edge like teethes. The housings have moreover game plan for adapting to oblige sharp edges having unmistakable lengths. A screw or other framework is used to put the thin edge under strain.
