Abstract

In this paper, a diagram of NTUA's work in the system of undertaking INTELLICONT is introduced. We depict the present status of the air-freight dealing with methodology and how the independent framework that is being worked on will rearrange these and increment the general effectiveness. Significant issues and difficulties with respect to the framework's improvement are examined and a fundamental plan of the original mechanical stage is given. The primary undertakings of this stage incorporate the independent movement and locking of holders with mass surpassing one tone, staying away from simultaneously snags and outperforming landscape discontinuities. Data with respect to the chose actuators and other key electrical parts, for example, engine drivers and sensors are given too. The embedded system's architecture and specifications, as well as how the motor drivers, sensors, and other peripherals were integrated with the Robot Operating System (ROS), are discussed. Further subtleties on the improvement of a high exactness limitation framework, which is compulsory to lock the compartment securely to the relating positions, are given moreover. Furthermore, we give insights about the locking instrument with incorporated checking functionalities, a significant piece of the framework. Recreation tests approve the chose position regulator and key framework determinations are featured in view of results. At long last, late model examinations directed to confirm the restriction framework are introduced.
