Improved Personality Development through Stress Avoidance Techniques using AAA Method

K. Thamizhmaran

Abstract

Numerous physical and mental health problems are associated with stress, which is a significant problem for both public and individual health. Stress-related disorders are thought to be the cause of between 75% and 90% of primary care physician visits. Cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, depression, anxiety, weakened immune systems, migraines, back and neck discomfort, and sleep problems are a few health problems associated with stress. The term "stress management" has a straightforward definition and is frequently used. The literature is replete with research demonstrating its efficacy, but it's unknown how many various forms of stress management there are or how beneficial they are for any given issue. We overcome the utilization of 4A's strategies in this study.
