EduTrack Pro: A Role-Based Smart Student Academic Management System
Abstract
This paper presents EduTrack Pro, a web- based student academic management system designed to digitize and streamline institutional workflows. The system supports role-based access for students, teachers, and administrators to handle academic tasks such as attendance tracking, grade monitoring, assignment distribution, and leave management. Developed using modern web technologies, EduTrack Pro enhances efficiency, transparency, and communication in educational institutions. The system also integrates an automated leave management system via Gmail SMTP, improving communication between students and teachers. The modular design and scalable backend infrastructure make the system suitable for a wide range of institutions, from schools to engineering colleges. The results show significant improvements in the speed of academic processing and reductions in manual errors.
