Abstract

Due to technological innovation, we are currently dealing with a parking dilemma. Due to the high population in urban areas, there are often many automobiles on the road, which causes parking and traffic issues. Parking cars  has become a new challenge for the entire  world.  It has been noted that a million vehicles  use  oil every day. An automated In this study, a real-time parking system for autonomous vehicles is proposed. The internet of things has been used to assist develop this system (IOTs). IOT often involves the exchange of data or information between two physical devices. A microcontroller called Arduino Uno is employed in the suggested system. The suggested system heavily utilises Arduino is to serve as a communication platform for interactive items and digital gadgets that can perceive and control real-world machinery. The Arduino Uno board has been used to create the suggested system, and Node MCU has  been used to connect the parking lot to the internet or the online. The suggested  system  included  an infrared sensor in each parking space to collect data on the location of  the  empty parking spot. The customer makes a long-in advance parking reservation, and the waiter has all the essential data. A unique username and password are assigned to each user. The system will notify the accountable party if any misuse occurs.
