

Conversational Interview and Training Assistant
Abstract
This study focuses on creating a web platform for virtual job interview practice using speech synthesis, speech recognition, question generation, facial recognition, and an LLM model. The platform generates interview questions from resumes/job details, provides model answers, offers a chatbot with speech tools, and a human avatar with lip-syncing and facial recognition feedback. Key outcomes show the platform's effectiveness in simulating real interviews, providing personalized critique, and improving interview skills. Implications include applications in career development, interview preparation, and training programs for an immersive approach to enhancing interview proficiency.
