

Evaluation of Text and Speech Conversion Methods Based on Hand Gestures
Abstract
The most common way of imparting includes moving thoughts between bunches using semiotic shows, signs, and images that are seen together. It is the only means that people have of communicating or exchanging ideas. The signs that deaf-blind people use are unique. Challenged people use hand motions as a type of nonverbal correspondence to interface with others and the external climate. However, in today's world, the majority of people lack the ability to comprehend hand gestures or translate them into everyday language.
