Abstract


Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming various sectors in India, including healthcare, education, governance, and law enforcement. Besides ethics, AI also poses serious legal issues, including privacy violations, bias in algorithms, lack of accountability, and violation of fundamental rights.

 

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming a number of areas in India including healthcare, education, governance and law enforcement. While AI offers efficiency and innovations, it also raises serious ethical and legal issues such as privacy infringement, algorithmic bias, unaccountability, and violations of fundamental rights.
