This paper delves into the development of a mobile application aimed at empowering individuals confronting hearing and speech disabilities. Utilizing the Android platform's accessibility features, the app endeavors to diminish communication barriers and bolster user safety. At its core, the app boasts a user-friendly interface offering several pivotal functionalities: firstly, real-time monitoring, enabling caregivers or assigned contacts to oversee the user's well-being remotely. Secondly, discreet alerts ensure crucial information and emergency notifications reach the user through subtle phone vibrations, circumventing the reliance on auditory cues. Additionally, the app facilitates clear display of text messages containing vital details on the phone's screen, enhancing accessibility. Furthermore, it facilitates location sharing, allowing designated contacts to track the user's whereabouts in real-time, thereby expediting assistance during emergencies. Integrated map navigation further augments the user's autonomy and security during navigation. By centering on accessibility and lucid visual communication, this application endeavours to emerge as an invaluable asset for individuals with hearing and speech disabilities, fostering their self - sufficiency while ensuring their well-being through enhanced communication channels with caregivers and loved ones.
