Amandeep Juneja Kaur, MD Rahmat, Mansi Jaiswal, Komal ., Najim .

Abstract

Help-kart is an intelligent, tech-driven service platform designed to revolutionize how individuals access and experience home and on-demand services. Inspired by leading digital service aggregators like Urban Company, Help-kart connects users with trusted professionals in categories such as home cleaning, appliance repair, beauty and grooming, plumbing, electrical work, and more. The platform combines modern UI/UX design, seamless booking, transparent pricing, and a strong verification system to ensure safety, quality, and convenience.

Help-kart operates on a dual-sided model—serving both customers and service providers. Customers benefit from a user-friendly mobile and web application, where they can schedule appointments, track service status, make secure payments, and leave feedback. Service professionals are provided with verified leads, digital work management tools, analytics dashboards, and flexible scheduling, empowering them to build stable careers through the platform. What truly sets Help-kart apart is its future-facing vision: the integration of robotics infrastructure and automation in service delivery. As smart home adoption and urban digitization accelerate, Help-kart aims to be a pioneer in incorporating robotics into day-to-day home services. Future developments will include robotic vacuum units for automated deep cleaning, drone-assisted maintenance inspections, and AI-powered diagnostics for appliance servicing—all connected through IoT and managed via the Help-kart platform. This not only enhances efficiency and reduces human error but also redefines the speed and precision of service execution
