Web Based Event Management System for College Events
Abstract
The suggested Web-Based Event Management System for College Events is meant to make it easier and more automatic to plan, organize, and run a wide range of academic, cultural, technical, and sports events that take place in colleges. Traditional ways of managing events often include registering people by hand, talking to them on paper, and keeping records in different places, which can cause mistakes, delays, and inefficiency. The proposed system gives administrators, faculty coordinators, and students a single online place to communicate with each other quickly and easily. The system lets administrators set up and run events, post schedules, assign coordinators, and keep an eye on registrations in real time. Students can see upcoming events, sign up online, get notifications, and keep track of who is going. Faculty can check registrations, keep track of attendance, and make reports. The system also has features like categorizing events, making certificates, and collecting feedback.
