A review on Fortidrop: Cloud-based secure file-sharing tool using Cryptography

Abstract


Data security is a critical concern in today's digital world, particularly within the field of information technology. With the significant advancements in internet technology, there has been a substantial increase in the transfer of both textual and multimedia data over the internet. However, the communication channels used for data transfer are often highly insecure, posing a risk to the security and confidentiality of electronic data. To address this issue, we have developed a web-based application “Fortidroop: cloud-based secure file-sharing tool using cryptography methods” to protect the data from unauthorized users. We have used cryptography techniques to hide the content of the data. With this tool, we aim to enhance file sharing by ensuring the confidentiality of the data and preventing data compromise.
