Android Based Picture Steganography

Chiranjeevi H

Abstract

Stenography is used to hide media file in another media file. Authentication of any system means providing a security to that whole system. Securing confidential details on the mobile platforms has been becoming a typical issue for the specialists In this technique the picture coding is recommended that conceals the data along a chose pixel will be pixel and on the following worth of the chose pixel, or at least, pixel+1. This method has a few impediments and downsides. To beat the drawback, another method is proposed to give greater security to the framework. In this paper the printed message will be concealed in a picture utilizing transcription method. All important information like passwords are stored in image as encrypted format as carrier so it’s difficult to decode it. The most basic and important image stenography technique is 7th Bit of a Pixel embedding technique. In view of the seventh piece of the pixels of a picture, a numerical calculations is applied at the seventh piece of the pixels, which creates a transitory variable (pixel + 1). The seventh cycle of the chose pixel and seventh digit of pixel + 1 are utilized for data stowing away and  encryption, to give significant level security on confirmation framework that run under android. This proposed picture transcription procedure closes in fascinating and promising outcomes when contrasted and other existing methods..
