Abstract

The primary objective of this project is to streamline and enhance the administration of student clubs and organizations within a college or university setting.  This system provides a centralized platform for club members, leaders, and faculty advisors to manage club activities, membership, events, and communications efficiently. The website offers functionalities such as event registration, providing feedback, and generating certificates. It aims to foster better engagement, coordination, and participation among the student body, ultimately enriching the campus experience. Administrators can directly access the database, upload resources, initiate event registrations,  review user feedback, and enable certificate generation. This proposed idea provides ease to manage all the club activities through a single platform
