Abstract


The paper discusses the transition from centralized to autonomous processes in industrial engineering within a postindustrial society. It emphasizes the need for engineering master's graduates to develop moral and ethical competences and to be prepared for leadership roles that influence professional responsibility in production environments. The research highlights the importance of integrating the cultural conformity principle into engineering education to better align with modern demands.
