Simulation to Support an Oil and Gas Industry Initiative for Integrated Operations

Abstract

An organizational simulation of an integrated operation initiative for logistics is planned to support the organizational project of implementing a central collaborative environment and its satellite teams. This simulation aims to enhance distributed situational awareness throughout the system by addressing ergonomic work analysis issues related to the mental representation of the logistics process, built through collaboration among distributed teams.
