

Chatbot for the Prediction of Heart Disease using SVM Algorithm
Abstract
In today’s world there is an increase in the number of patients everyday due to the drastic change in lifestyle and also a rising need for more doctors. We can see a rapid increase in the number of people at hospitals and other medical centres. People with tough schedules have a hard time getting appointments with doctors. The early detection of heart diseases can encourage healthy lifestyle decisions in patients that are at high risk which in turn helps to reduce complications. Research has enabled us to identify the factors that most effectively contribute to heart diseases and also the accurate prediction of the overall risk by using homogeneous data mining techniques. Chatbots help to reduce agent transfers, improve the quality of self service and help to resolve issues more quickly. This paper aims to introduce a model designed to predict heart diseases by taking into account any kind of symptoms related to the heart. The chatbot is trained by using collected data from the heart disease dataset that has a good and large range of heart related knowledge.
