

Smart System for Monitoring Class Attendance
Abstract
We propose a biometric sensor-based attendance monitoring system in this paper. Every system in the Smart Class concept should be managed intelligently, such as electronically collecting attendance. A biometric-based efficient attendance management system is designed for this reason. With the help of a unique finger impression device, this framework electronically measures participation, and the results are stored in a database. After the student has been identified, attendance is marked. A biometric (fingerprint) system is used to identify students. Using this idea, we can go paperless, which is also good for the environment.
