Anika Tabassum, Ashadu Jaman Shawon, Mohi Uddin Anando, Md Asmy Hossan Sazzil

Abstract

This paper examines the pervasive influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on the modern workforce and daily life, highlighting both its transformative potential and associated challenges. AI enhances human capabilities by automating tasks, analyzing data, and providing real-time feedback. While AI-powered technologies streamline processes in industries such as manufacturing, finance, and transportation, they also raise concerns about job displacement and ethical considerations. By exploring the dual nature of AI's impact, this paper aims to shed light on its negative effects and proposes strategies for mitigating these risks, ensuring the responsible and beneficial development of AI technologies.
