More Accurate Approximate Analytical Solution of Nonlinear Oscillators

Abstract


A more accurate approximate analytical solution of nonlinear oscillator has been provided by using modified energy balance method. The results have been compared with those obtained by homotopy perturbation method (HPM) and a new homotopy perturbation method (NHPM). It has been observed that the results obtained by proposed method are better than those of HPM as well as its new version. Moreover the method provides better results than other existing methods.
