Integrating Factor for Ordinary Differential Equations that are not Exactly Reducible to Homogeneous Ones

Abstract


After being reduced to homogeneous, first order, first degree reducible homogeneous ordinary differential equations (ODE) are typically solved using a variable separable method. This note proposes an integrating factor technique to solve the reducible to homogeneous ODE in an unconventional manner after it has been reduced to homogeneous form
