Heart Health Monitoring and Risk Alert System with Medicine Notifications

Abstract


Heart attacks remain a leading cause of sudden deaths worldwide, often due to delayed recognition of early symptoms and poor medication adherence. Existing monitoring solutions such as wearables and mobile apps provide partial support but lack integrated risk assessment, caretaker alerts, and medicine notifications. This paper presents a Heart Health Monitoring and Risk Alert System with Medicine Notifications, a web-based platform that collects patient-reported data including heart rate, blood pressure, sugar levels, and symptoms. Using a scoring algorithm, the system classifies patients into low, medium, or high-risk categories. Preventive guidance and medicine reminders are provided for medium-risk patients, while high-risk cases trigger emergency alerts and caretaker notifications. A doctor dashboard further supports patient history review and proactive healthcare management.
