Job Master Pro: An Integrated Platform for Job Search and Learning

Ananya Saha, Ayan Ghosh

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital job market, traditional portals often lack the tools for skill enhancement and personalized job matching. Job Master Pro bridges this gap by offering a dual-purpose web platform that combines real-time job listings with a robust Learning Management System (LMS). This integrated system allows users to discover top-tier technology job opportunities via Startup API and simultaneously build relevant skills through curated online courses. Built using ReactJS, Node.js, and MongoDB, the platform ensures scalability, real-time performance, and a smooth user experience. Future enhancements will include AI-based job recommendations and advanced LMS features such as certification and mentorship. This paper presents the architecture, design, implementation, and evaluation of Job Master Pro, demonstrating its potential to transform the job search and learning experience.
