

The solution to problem of addition /deletion of impurities in engineering materials and chemicals
Abstract
It is very essential when you have problems while casting printing manufacturing level of engineering materials as 3d 4d or other type materials. So here the adding impurities like carbon for strengthening the component or products as mechanisms etc. for this one can achieve strength on other hand brittleness will be overcome as problem. Again you can go for some cases remove the impurities in the materials by oxidation and reduction as redox reactions from these one can bring the materials as pure form. Formation of carbon monoxide as impurities byproduct while removal process. This paper traces problems and solution for add edit delete impurities at manufacturing level. In chemistry as all organic compounds contains carbon as one of the liquid or solid impurities. The best level of removing impurities process is the complete solution for the entire mechanisms or products or chemicals. Hence the pure and impure material is to be maintaining the separation gap in order to achieve 100% efficiency. Also the most dangerous element of carbon is 10 times more than compared with plastic which is tedious process for degradation.
