Design and Testing of a Pressure Gauge with Integrated Sensor for Accurate Pressure Monitoring

Abstract


Pressure measurement plays a crucial role in industrial, automotive, and laboratory applications, where accuracy and reliability are essential. Conventional pressure gauges provide direct readings but lack digital integration for advanced data processing and analysis. This study focuses on the development and testing of a pressure gauge integrated with a sensor system capable of converting mechanical pressure into electrical signals for real-time monitoring. The integration of sensor technology enhances the precision, repeatability, and ease of data acquisition compared to traditional gauges. Experimental testing was carried out to validate the performance of the integrated system under varying pressure conditions. The results demonstrate that the integrated pressure gauge improves accuracy and enables seamless interfacing with digital platforms, making it suitable for smart monitoring applications in engineering systems.
