Customer-Centric Innovations in Boiler Manufacturing: AI-Driven CRM for Personalized Service and Predictive Sales

Abstract


The traditional boiler manufacturing industry is undergoing a digital transformation driven by Industry 4.0 technologies. Among these, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems play a pivotal role in shifting the industry from product-focused to customer-centric. This research explores the integration of AI in CRM systems specifically tailored for boiler manufacturing firms to deliver personalized customer service and enable predictive sales strategies. By leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, manufacturers can gain deep insights into customer behavior, reduce response time, predict boiler servicing needs, and enhance customer retention. The paper presents a conceptual framework and validates it with use cases, while also exploring challenges and future opportunities.
