Abstract


Government schemes for electric vehicles (EVs) are pivotal in addressing contemporary challenges such as climate change and energy security. This abstract delves into the diverse range of policies and initiatives implemented by governments worldwide to promote EV adoption and mitigate traditional vehicle impacts. It examines subsidy programs, tax incentives, and grants aimed at reducing purchase costs and operational expenses associated with EV ownership. Additionally, regulatory frameworks and infrastructure investments crucial for supporting EV charging networks and advancing battery technology are explored. The abstract highlights the multifaceted approaches governments employ to accelerate the transition to electric mobility, emphasizing their role in fostering sustainable transportation solutions and driving technological innovation in the automotive sector.
