Human Adipose Derived Stem Cell (ADSC) And Adipose Tissue Engineering Applications
Abstract
Background: Mesenchymal stem cells may be isolated from left over adipose or other tissues after surgery at clinics. The purity of stem cells can be characterized by cell surface expression proteins on specific cell phenotype. Stem cells in culture, differentiate in presence of inducer proteins, ready for transplantation. Aim: Surface proteins on differentiated adipose cells determine the phenotype and differentiation as bioinformatics tool to assess the graft fit for human transplantation. Materials and Methods: Cultured ADSC mesenchymal stem cells indicated controlled cell proliferation good for human transplantation applications with cited literature as physician;s guide. Results: In the cultures, isolated adipose derived stem cells showed presence of cell surface marker CD105 proteins as determinants of phenotyping and molecular differentiation.
