Abstract


This paper explores workforce management strategies specifically tailored for assembly line operations in manufacturing environments. It examines the unique challenges faced by assembly line managers, such as maintaining productivity, ensuring quality, and promoting employee engagement. Through a review of relevant literature and case studies, this paper identifies key workforce management practices that contribute to the optimization of assembly line performance. Topics covered include workforce scheduling, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee motivation. The findings highlight the importance of effective workforce management in achieving operational excellence and competitive advantage in assembly line operations.
