Developing Clear and Concise Internal Communication

Abstract


Internal communication happens everywhere, but is that effective internal communication….? For this question the answer is being answered in the questionnaire by the random employees. And how to make internal communication more effective, what are the challenges faced by both the sides of the communication line. Communication builds bond and gives clarity about what we are doing and have to do. If the internal communication is efficient enough it will result in employee performance. It can be seen in the productivity of individuals.

In this research we conducted a survey, it is an online survey through questionnaires and the sample size or the number of respondents chosen was 69, it was a convenient sampling. Out of 69, 35 were men and 34 were women. The questionnaire contains question about internal communication in their words to get to know about their perspective about internal communication, Likert scale about their ability to understand, listening skills and read and writing skills and challenges faced in internal communication by themselves and others if they noticed and their suggestion to improve internal communication in their working space.
