

MEDX - A MERN Based Hospital Management System
Abstract
To meet the adding demands of operational effectiveness, patient data security, and service availability, the healthcare sector is fleetly witnessing digital metamorphosis. Conventional sanitarium systems are constantly beset by disconnected processes, mortal error, and information silos that make it delicate for healthcare providers to coordinate. The MERN mound — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js was used in the design and development of the comprehensive Hospital Management System ( HMS) presented in this paper. Because the MERN mound is a full- stack technology erected on JavaScript, it enables the creation of web operations that are scalable, responsive, and real- time all of which are ideal for dynamic diligence like healthcare. The suggested HMS is a pall- enabled, part- grounded web operation that sluice lines essential sanitarium functions like administrative reporting, billing, tradition operation, croaker movables , and patient enrollment. In order to grease smooth commerce across places, it integrates contemporary features like translated data running, peaceful APIs, and secure token-based access using JWT. To enhance the stoner experience and lessen reliance on paper- work, real-time announcements, responsive stoner interfaces, and effective scheduling systems are integrated. With customized dashboards and confined, secure access to sensitive data, the system is set up to serve patients, doctor, and admin.
