

FarmForce: A Smart Employment Bridge Between Farmers and Daily Wage Workers in Rural Areas
Abstract
This paper presents FarmForce, a smart mobile application designed to bridge the employment and communication gap between farmers and daily wage workers in rural areas. By leveraging modern Android technologies such as Jetpack Compose and Firebase, FarmForce enables seamless registration, job posting, job search, and real-time notifications for both farmers and laborers. The system aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and economic opportunity in rural employment by providing a digital, accessible, and scalable job-matching platform.
