AI POWERED RECIPE CART
Abstract
Modern households face challenges in planning meals, purchasing ingredients, and managing grocery lists due to lack of time and cooking knowledge. To overcome these difficulties, AI powered recipe cart is developed as an intelligent mobile application that automatically converts any recipe into a complete grocery shopping list. The system uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and multilingual speech recognition to allow users to search recipes through voice and text in English, Tamil, Telugu, Korean, and French. The application provides step-by-step cooking instructions, nutritional insights, alternative item suggestions, and allows users to add required products directly to a smart shopping cart.
Additionally, the system includes an AI Cooking Assistant capable of answering user queries like “What can I cook with chicken and rice?” and recommending recipes based on available ingredients. User preferences such as favorite recipes and frequently purchased items are saved and personalized through a secure login system. This solution enhances user convenience by combining cooking guidance and grocery management into one platform. The results show improved user engagement, reduced cooking time, and optimized shopping accuracy.
