

Do People Work Less For Female Leaders? Gender Dynamics in Leadership: Exploring Work Behaviour and Productivity Under Female Leadership – A Study
Abstract
This study analyses how gender dynamics affect productivity and working styles under a female leadership. It brings forth discussion on gender stereotypes, perceptions about style of leadership, interactions at work, and organizational practice.
This study brings out the intricate interplay between gender and leadership factors within spheres of culture, work-life balance, unconscious bias, and effectiveness of leadership. It studies intersectionality in seeking further efforts towards gender equality programs and organizational policies, which makes some predictions of emerging trends while giving some recommendations on best ways forward for inclusive gender leadership practices.
