Abstract

Real estate transactions have a reputation for being inefficient, opaque, and prone to fraud. However, the emergence of blockchain technology presents promising solutions to address these enduring challenges. This study thoroughly investigates three innovative strategies for integrating blockchain into real estate transactions: a decentralized method employing private blockchain, a permissioned blockchain system tailored for document processing, and a blockchain-driven platform designed for real estate sales. Each strategy is meticulously examined in terms of its approaches, strengths, weaknesses, and operational intricacies. By doing so, this analysis underscores the potential transformative role of blockchain in optimizing real estate transactions, fostering transparency, and mitigating fraudulent activities within the industry.
