REPLACEMENT OF COARSE AGGREGATE BY CERAMIC WASTE IN MAGNETIC WATER CONCRETE
Abstract
It is expected that in the near future the civil engineering community will have to produce sustainable structures. Magnetic water concrete, synthesized from the normal water, provides one route towards this objective. A large quantity waste ceramic material forms during constructions, demolition, transportation etc. In this research the influence of magnetic water on workability and strength characteristics of concrete are studied. This research investigates the combination of magnetic water and ceramic tile as replacement and partial replacement of water and coarse aggregate respectively in concrete.
