Wellness and Gaming: The Science Behind Mobile Fitness Games With Sensors
Abstract
The rise in young people's demand for virtual reality (VR) headsets is the subject of this research paper. Due to the popularity of VR games and low-cost VR headset manufacturers in nations like India, demand has increased by 241.6%. In any case, these minimal expense VRs adversely affect clients' wellbeing and the climate due to their unfortunate development and ergonomic plan, as well as short life expectancy. A platform called Fitgo, which promotes physical activity and reduces the use of potentially hazardous VRs, is proposed in the paper as a means of addressing these issues. Fitgo is a long-term option that helps the environment and users' health at the same time. In conclusion, the paper emphasizes the necessity of smartphone-based virtual reality experiences to stop young people from using low-quality virtual reality experiences that are harmful to their health and the environment.
