Using an Ammonia Gas Sensor, a Milk Urea Adulteration Detector
Abstract
Both the government and the dairy industry are concerned about milk adulteration. Non-industrial countries are at higher risk related with it because of nonattendance of checking and approaches. Unfortunately, rather than fundamental feeling, milk debasements can introduce veritable prosperity hazards provoking dangerous sicknesses. In addition to traditional methods, more recent advancements in recognition techniques have also been taken into account. Milk is being tainted in increasingly sophisticated ways these days, necessitating cutting-edge investigation into the source. Using a gas sensor, the proposed work intends to help identify the proximity of urea in milk. A controller is linked to the sensor's output, which is expressed in parts per million (ppm). The level of urea adulteration will initially be displayed on an LCD, and the results will later be displayed on your Android phone. It appears that the proposed strategy is capable of detecting milk urea contamination.
