Utilizing Mathematics in Robotics
Abstract
In Robotic Engineering, Applied Mathematics is commonly utilized. Here, a number of simple robotic actions are covered. The goal of the paper is to connect mathematics to robotic engineering. It is hoped that by providing examples, students will be motivated to get a deeper understanding of the robotics engineering difficulties they face. Furthermore, it is anticipated that math professors will be motivated to assign mathematical problems that have a stronger connection to robotics and engineering disciplines.
