SyncFlow: An Intelligent AI-Powered Team Project and Task Coordination Platform

Ms. Abishree S, Abitha M, Dshanthini R, Kamali S, Kavitha K

Abstract

SyncFlow is a platform that uses intelligence to help teams plan projects and manage tasks. It works inside a web‑based space so that everyone can see what is happening. Than asking people to pick and prioritize tasks by hand SyncFlow AI brings together project planning, task links, deadline checks, workload reviews and risk checks into one place. This lets team members see how projects are moving, spot slowdowns and decide what to do next. SyncFlow AI has a task suggestion feature. The feature looks at task importance how long work will take, how much work is left, deadlines, links between tasks how many people can work and who is free. It then tells the team which tasks should be tackled next. Another part of SyncFlow AI checks risk. It compares how much work remains with how time people have so it can flag projects that might miss their dates. Google Gemini is part of SyncFlow AI. It gives suggestions and explains things in plain language based on the data the system has already looked at. SyncFlow AI can also fine‑tune schedules suggest moves and offer mood‑aware task ideas that change when project conditions shift. The front end of SyncFlow AI was built with React and TypeScript while the back end runs on Node.js and Express.js. This gives a friendly interface for both individual and team projects. Project data lives in PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM handles the database work. SyncFlow AI has role‑based access, shared spaces called Rooms live updates, via Socket.IO, alerts, activity logs and project charts. By mixing workload numbers with AI explanations SyncFlow AI helps teams manage work better and spot risk earlier. In our experience teams find SyncFlow AI to be a companion.
