Review of the Comparative Study of the Lean Six Sigma Conventional and Automated Approaches Used in Supply Chain Management

Venkata Srinivasu

Abstract

In this cutthroat climate Production network the board (SCM) has turned into a fundamental authoritative strategy for any association procedure to get by. With globalization there have been persistent changes as far as assembling and furthermore in offering the support to the clients around the world. Consequently this has made individuals engaged with the inventory network (SC) to re-examine the singular interaction and furthermore all in all. In each association to have better consumer loyalty and diminished wastages there is a need of getting ceaseless change the quality administration like Lean Six Sigma (LSS). LSS ad libs the nature of appropriation in the store network. This paper is about the near examination between the two methodologies one is traditional and one more is computerized approach utilized in the LSS while carrying out in SCM. The paper makes sense of how robotized approach is having clear edge over the regular methodology.
