Design and Development of Multigraining and Pellet Machine

Abstract

This research is on the design and development of multigraining and pellet machine aims to enhance the efficiency of processing various grains into uniform shape and size of pellet for industrial application. This machine integrates both multigraining and pellet mechanism for  improving the quality of desired output. This machine involve multi-graining process, including various raw materials such as groundnut shell, seed and grains are processed simultaneously, these ensure better consistent quality. The development of the machine is focuses on improving the efficiency, reducing operational cost and maintaining flexibility to handle different types of materials. The other main reason to design these machine the pellet are burn much more efficiently. The pellets produce less ash, less smoke and more heat. This multigraining and pellet machine develop the uniform size, shape, density and moisture content of pellet.
