Pedagogical Strategies for Architecture against Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Abstract
This paper investigates pedagogical strategies for integrating artificial intelligence (AI) within architectural education. The aim is to enhance students' skills and preparedness for the evolving landscape of architectural practice. By incorporating interdisciplinary AI courses, fostering critical thinking, and promoting creativity through AI tools in design exploration, architectural education can adapt to emerging technological paradigms. Implementing AI-based feedback mechanisms for student projects enhances learning outcomes and prepares students for real-world challenges. Moreover, ethical considerations surrounding AI application within architecture are emphasized, ensuring responsible and mindful integration. Through these pedagogical approaches, architectural education can effectively equip future professionals to navigate and harness the potential of AI in architectural practice.
