The Role of Community Health Workers in India as a Nurse

Abstract


Community Wellbeing Specialists frame the spine of India open wellbeing framework, particularly in underserved and provincial populaces. This article investigates the advancement, parts, and affect of CHWS, with uncommon accentuation on the basic commitments of drug specialists and medical caretakers inside community settings. Certify Social Wellbeing Activists, Assistant Nurture Birthing specialists, and Anganwadi Specialists have altogether moved forward key wellbeing markers through grassroots-level intercession, wellbeing instruction, maternal and child care, and malady reconnaissance. The integration of drug specialists and medical attendants into community wellbeing models has improved incessant illness administration, antibody conveyance, telemedicine, and pharmacovigilance endeavours. In spite of their accomplishments, CHWS confront challenges such as moo compensation, constrained preparing, and need of career development. This paper gives a comprehensive outline of the existing framework, analyses its qualities and restrictions, and proposes approach suggestions to optimize the viability of CHWS. Fortifying the group of three of chws, drug specialists, and medical attendants is urgent to accomplishing all inclusive Wellbeing Scope and progressing India healthcare value and resilience.
