Abstract

In this paper, multiple techniques are employed with reference to data from previously published studies and reviewers' comments for the optimization of the wheel hub using various materials. Designers benefit from this study. For choosing the ideal material and weight for a wheel hub optimal structural design for reduction. The weight of the wheel hub is reduced using method of FEA. The hub model is created with accurate proportions, and this model is checked utilizing different materials and FEA analysis. The ideal clothing material is chosen for all optimization efforts are made to create wheel hubs that are less in weight and more affordable. Through the usage of the modelling programmer Catia version 5 R19 and the FEA tool Ansys workbench 16. With this weight reduction of the wheel hub.
