DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF FIRE FIGHTING ROBOT

Vaishnavi Khanke, Naveen Dashhare, Vanshika Bagde

Abstract

Fire accidents are a major threat to life and property. This paper presents the design and implementation of a fire fighting robot that can detect and extinguish fire automatically. The robot uses sensors to detect flame and temperature and moves towards the fire source. A water pump system is used to extinguish the fire. The system is based on embedded technology using a microcontroller. The robot reduces human risk and can be used in hazardous environments.
